As a Maintenance Technician you will:

• Installs, maintains, repairs or rebuilds complicated machine tools and special purpose machines and equipment such as punch presses, press brakes, lathes, milling machines, radial drill presses, etc.
• Disassembles problem equipment and determines the extent of repairs necessary.
• Examines machines for defects in operation, replaces defective parts, makes necessary adjustments to insure efficient operations and fabricates minor replacement parts.
• General electrical knowledge in 110 to 480 volt a.c. circuits both single and three phase.
• Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Starts devices to test their performance.

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
Pay Rate is $29-32/hr
The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma and/or Trade School certificate and two to four years related experience.
• Ability to arc weld and/ or braze.
• Ability to trouble-shoot electrical problems. Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
